Tiffany Persons

A veteran in the casting industry, Tiffany Persons has almost twenty years of real people and actor casting experience, having cast award winning commercial projects around the globe. She pioneered commercial representation, casting the first ever American television commercials to feature same-sex marriages, interracial couples, and single parent households. Known for her unique ability to tap into the heart of it all, Tiffany’s passion and connection is palpable in her work no matter the medium, collaborating with powerhouse clients such as Apple, Google and Nike and the highest caliber of film directors. After launching her career in music video production at the height of the art form, she transitioned to documentary filmmaking — a move that would later inspire her to launch the award-winning non-profit, Shine On Sierra Leone. She has also served as Director of Empathy for the advertising agency David & Goliath, and has recently launched an independent production company committed to telling stories that capture the tender truth and beauty of the human experience with radical compassion.
Kellyanne O’Callaghan

Kellyanne started working in the entertainment business at the age of 18. Through years of theater, stage, singing in rock bands and acting for screen, she has been able to immerse herself creatively in mixed form media. Landing in Liz Paulson's casting office in 2005 as a Casting Assistant, Kellyanne discovered her innate gift for seeking out unique talent. Because of her contagious enthusiasm, Kellyanne joined forces with Tiffany Company Casting as an Associate Casting Director at the end of 2015. Becoming a member of the CCDA/LA in 2017 solidified her passion for casting & her love of acting. She shares her keen, instinctual eye, always searching for "just the right one!" It's no wonder she has led casting teams for Fortune 500 companies, alongside award-winning directors, such as Christopher Guest, Chloé Zhao, David O. Russell, Carl Rinsch, and Valerie Faris & Jonathan Dayton. Most recently, her works include theatricals Nite Hawkes, and The Push. Other theatrical credits include Alicia Keys "Let Me In," Donner Pass, About Sunny, Scary or Die. Notably, casting campaigns that have received accolades and Emmy Awards, Kellyanne's empathic approach to each project is met with precision and sheer focus.
